We’ll email you the details of your appointment on the day you book. Then, you can click on the “change appointment” button and choose your new preferred date and time, (subject to availability)
Can I postpone my scheduled appointment to another day?
Yes, you can make changes online up to 36 hours in advance. If it's less than 36 hours, please call us to prevent unnecessary last-minute changes and to ensure our technician doesn’t arrive at an empty house. We allow up to two changes, but if you have special circumstances, let us know—we’re happy to be flexible.
What if I am not completely satisfied with the service rendered by your technicians?
We understand that mistakes happen, and while we can’t undo them, we’re committed to making things right for you. If something isn’t as expected, we encourage you to email or call us so we can find the best solution.
